Stuart Little 2 adalah petualangan penuh warna, tindakan-dikemas permainan yang memungkinkan pemain melihat dunia melalui mata mereka pahlawan. Sebagai Stuart, mereka dapat menjalankan, melompat dan mendaki cara mereka di sekitar rumah keluarga kecil dan lokasi lain dari film. Plot permainan terkait erat dengan film dan mengikuti tema yang sama: nilai persahabatan. Stuart, ditemani temannya Margalo, harus menemukan sejumlah khusus Paus cincin dan mengembalikan mereka ke pemiliknya yang sah. Cincin yang tersembunyi dalam berbagai indah animasi 3-D lingkungan. Pemain akan perlu untuk memecahkan teka-teki berbagai di dunia besar ini di mana benda sehari-hari mengambil peran yang sangat berbeda.

Stuart Little 2 is a colourful, action-packed adventure game that lets the player see the world through their hero's eyes. As Stuart, they can run, jump and climb their way around the Little family home and other locations from the film. The game's plot is closely related to that of the movie and follows a similar theme: the value of friendship. Stuart, accompanied by his friend Margalo, must find a number of special jewelled rings and return them to their rightful owner. The rings are hidden within a wide range of beautifully animated 3-D environments. The player will need to solve various puzzles in this oversized world where everyday objects take on very different roles.
